For recent program performance indicators regarding installed costs, total incentives paid, and estimated rated capacity installed, please visit the Reports Page. The program offers incentives on renewable energy systems installed by Vermont Solar, Wind and Hydro Partners . Detailed information on incentives and instructions on how to calculate incentives for a specific system application are contained in the program's incentive reservation forms which can be found here. Funding for this program has come from the Clean Energy Development Fund (CEDF), Central Vermont Public Service (CVPS), Green Mountain Power (GMP) and through U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) funds secured by Senator James Jeffords for the VT Department of Public Service Wind Development Program. There have been several rounds of funding since the initial program started in Summer of 2004 through September 2009. These are provided below. In 2010, an additional $5,275,000 in funding, made available through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and the Vermont Clean Energy Development Fund, is available to the Vermont Renewable Energy Incentive Program. These funds are provided through a new incentive structure, provided here. The Clean Energy Development Fund and the Vermont Renewable Energy Incentive Program reserve the right to modify this program as needed.
